Ms Sharon Lau has two decades of industry experience, having worked as a regional technology leader in global retail companies such as Nike, Louis Vuitton, and Estee Lauder.

Sharon specialises in leading regional teams, overseeing IT budgets exceeding million, and partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver IT strategies and operational solutions for the Asia Pacific region. She leveraged on her strong relationships with senior management to achieve buy-in and support for strategic technology roadmap across seven countries in South Asia. As an industry practitioner, she has years of experience leading digital initiatives and customer-centric programmes to help companies innovate and embrace new technological solutions to meet their business needs.

At NUS-ISS, Sharon is a Principal Lecturer & Consultant, Digital Strategy & Leadership Practice. She teaches courses on digital business analysis, business agility, digital talent management, and change leadership. In addition, Sharon believes that today's high-performing leaders must be capable of breaking down functional silos and guiding organisations to create new value through strong collaboration. Besides her regular networking with industry leaders and practitioners, Sharon also focuses her research on future leadership trends and technology's role in building an effective learning organisation.
